Warfare is an inescapable part of the Star Wars universe, from the Rebel Alliance's defeat in the Battle of Hoth to a few elite Rebel strike teams taking on a legion of stormtroopers on the Forest Moon of Endor. You can seize your chance to get your boots on the ground and lead your troops to victory with Star Wars: Legion, a miniatures game of thrilling infantry battles in the Star Wars universe!
Star Wars: Legion invites you to enter the ground battles of the Galactic Civil War as the commander of a unique army of miniatures filled with troopers, powerful ground or repulsor vehicles, and iconic characters like Darth Vader or Luke Skywalker. While innovative mechanics for command and control simulate the fog of war and the chaos of battle, the game’s unpainted, easily assembled minis give you a canvas to create the Star Wars army you’ve always wanted to lead into battle — whether you fight for the monolithic, oppressive Galactic Empire or the ragtag Rebel Alliance.
Warhammer Underworld is a game of strategy, fast-paced combat and devious ploys for two to four players. Each player takes their warband of Citadel Miniatures and pits them against their rivals on the hidden battlefields of the Mortal Realms.
In Warhammer Underworlds, you and your opponent pick a warband and build a deck of power and objective cards. After placing your warband on the hex-tiled game boards, you take turns making actions – movement and attacks – until 3 rounds are played. Between actions, you can use your power cards to introduce effects and reactions that can swing the battle in your favor; building the best deck you can and using cunning to deploy these abilities at the perfect time is the secret to mastering the game and dominating your foe. Merely vanquishing your opponent’s warband does not guarantee victory – capturing objectives, standing your ground, making the best tactical choices and deploying the right cards at the right time will gain you the glory points you need to win!
In Dungeons & Dragons, the players form an adventuring party who explore fantasy worlds together, embark on epic quests, and level up. The Dungeon Master (also known as the DM) is the game's referee and lead storyteller.
The collective creativity in your D&D game builds stories that you’ll tell again and again—ranging from the stuff of legend to absurd incidents that’ll make you laugh.
At its heart, D&D is a storytelling game. Everything is your decision, from what you look like, to what you say, to how you act. The dice just help you along.
In D&D, each player creates a heroic character to represent them in the game. They might be a skilled fighter, a devout cleric, a deadly rogue, a spellcasting wizard, or something else entirely!
Together, the Dungeon Master and players create an exciting story where their bold adventurers confront deadly perils. Both the DM and players use dice throughout the game to determine the outcome of certain actions.
